Grace's birthday party

I really hope you enjoy this post. This is probably one of the longest post yet. It only took me ALL day to upload the photos. No seriously. I would load 5 photos (max allowed at one time) and walk away b/c it would literally take a good 10 to 15 minutes to load. So in this process, I got all the laundry done, the kitchen cleaned, both kids fed several times, Christian to T-ball practice, dinner cooked, kitchen cleaned again, dishwasher loaded and here I sit finally loaded the last 5 photos. All of this was done while I waited for photos to upload. So enjoy. :)
The fruit was the hit of the party! For the adults anyway. Hey, it all got ate, that's what matters most. :)Sliding with Pa. This was before Dad got there with her forgotten hairbow at the house.

Pizza time! There was only 1 little girl there besides Grace. The rest were boys. LOL

This is my little cousin by marriage. Well actually he isn't a cousin anymore but we still claim him. He was in love with my Grace. From the moment he got to the party, he never left Grace's side.
Stary sisters.
Time to open presents!!

I think bubba (Christian) gave her this honeydew melon from the fruit arrangement. I think she thought it was a popsicle.

If the crown fits, wear it!

Leave it to my son to be the little flirt. But this was precious. She goes to our church but they aren't in the same class.
The cake!!!! It was awesome and the kids loved it!!! Grace loved that it had Dora AND Deigo on it!

Trying to blow out her candles that the wind kept doing for her.

We had the BEST time that day. Christian and Grace both were so excited about the day. Christian kept asking me for about a week before the party when he will be able to get to go to Grace's birthday. LOL Beautiful day......78 degrees with the breeze blowing and sunny. What more could a girl want for her party??

Look what B'nana and Papa got Grace!!!

For the ones that read these that don't know, B'nana and Papa (Jason's parents) live out of state. So they sent some money for us to use on Grace for her birthday! This is what they bought!!

Over at a friends house the other day, Grace fell in love with the childs play vacuum. So we knew that was one gift she would get. She also got a broom to go along with the vacuum. Oh and lets not forget the "big girl" training pants!

Those things are awesome. They wear/feel like real big girl undies but they have a thicker absorbacy crotch in them. I never saw these when Christian was potty training. Anyway, with big girl undies when they pee in them, you not only have to clean them up but the furniture/car seat/floor up as well. The "new" training pants catches all that!! It's wonderful!! The child still feels the wetness so they can associate it as being nasty feeling but you don't have the mess! LOVE IT!

Another Snap on dealer gave us a play kitchen for Grace. Well it's been sitting in our garage b/c we didn't have the room for it. So we finally decided to get it out, clean it up and that's what we gave Grace for her birthday (I know we came out cheap but hey, I'm the one that has to clean up the mess all the time so really I didn't get out so cheap) LOL
So that's what the food is for.

I promise you, she has never seen me vacuum the floor sitting down. LOL

They love the kitchen. Christian just as much as Grace will get in there and "cook" away. And I do believe Christian has played more with the vacuum than Grace has.
Just some silly pictures of the kids.
